HVPNL के सभी संबंधित कर्मचारी को अपने कंप्यूटर ज्ञान परीक्षण (MCQ) और टाइप टेस्ट के संचालन के लिए HPTI को सक्षम करने के लिए संबंधित डीडीओ के माध्यम से HRMS पोर्टल पर फोटोग्राफ के साथ अपना प्रोफ़ाइल डेटा पूरा/अपडेट करने के लिए सूचित किया जाता है। संबंधित कर्मचारी स्वयं जिम्मेदार होंगे यदि वे अपने HRMS विवरण के अद्यतन/पूरा न होने के कारण आवेदन करने और उक्त परीक्षाओं में शामिल होने में सक्षम नहीं होंगे। (मामले को अति आवश्यक समझा जाए)। ALL CONCERNED EMPLOYEES OF HVPNL ARE INTIMATED TO COMPLETE/UPDATE HIS/HER PROFILE DATA WITH PHOTOGRAPH ON HRMS PORTAL THROUGH CONCERNED DDO TO ENABLE HPTI FOR CONDUCTION OF THEIR COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE TEST (MCQ BASED) and TYPE TESTS. THE CONCERNED EMPLOYEES SHALL BE SELF RESPONSIBLE IF THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO APPLY and APPEAR IN THE SAID TESTS DUE TO NON-UPDATION/COMPLETION OF THEIR HRMS DETAILS. (MATTER TREATED AS MOST URGENT).

About HPTI

HVPN Power Training Institute (HPTI)

The HVPN Power Training Institute (HPTI) is a State- of the-Art Institute of learning for officers/officials of Haryana Power Utilities (HPUs) in Technology and Management Sectors setup at Sector-26, Panchkula.

HPTI, Panchkula was registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 in the office of Registrar of Firms & Societies, Haryana vide Registration no. 28 of 2007-08 dated 05.05.2007 after getting approval of the Board of Directors, HVPNL in its meeting held on 28.03.2007 and was further re-registered under the Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012 vide Registration No. 00735 dated 29.03.2017.

The Administrative control of HPTI, Society is with HVPNL, Panchkula and the President of the HPTI, society is Managing Director, HPVNL.

HPTI ensure effective induction trainings to all newly recruited officers/officials of different categories of all the HPUs. HPTI also arrange periodic- in service trainings to employees of HPUs to keep them updated and motivated. Since Technology is rapidly entering in all walks of life, HPTI endeavors to provide technical trainings to acquaint the trainees with such technological advancement.

The training programs also include sessions for self improvement, ethical behaviors and stress management. Value based education along with Yoga are also imparted to the trainees.

During trainings, short visits are also arranged for the officer trainees to give them multisensory learning experience. In addition to above young officer trainees are also prepared to take part for short trekking programs which help them to explore nature. The trainees are encouraged to lead a rich and varied life at campus by providing outdoor & indoor games.
